CBD BEEC

CBD BEEC is a sustainability for commercial sector architects and building professionals in the areas of energy efficiency and sustainability certification services including BEEC or Building Energy Efficiency Certificate and NABERS or National Australian Built Environment Rating System. A BEEC is mandatory from November 2010 for office buildings over 2000 m2 at the point of lease or purchase and failing to provide a valid BEEC results in civil penalties incurred by the owner.
