ProDesigners Architects Ltd is a registered Architectural Design Practice specialising in a range of commercial and residential projects both in New Zealand and abroad. Our clients include organizations such as the World Bank, European Economic Commission and various educational institutions, government departments, diplomatic missions to name a few. Kayhan Khadem founded the original practice of Island Architecture Ltd in 1979 and has since relocated to New Zealand in 1995 forming ProDesigners Architects Ltd.

The ProDesigners Architects Ltd project team is committed to providing a level of excellence from design inception to construction completion. The firm’s proven design leadership, creativity and its ability to manage and deliver projects to time and budget constraints while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and technical ability are the most salient characterisitics of the organization.

ProDesigners Architects Ltd has been operating in a CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) setup since its time in the Solomon Islands. Documentation produced is 100% computer based, including advanced applications which allow us to present fully realised 3D presentations, including accurately presented and easy to understand working drawings. A splash of hand drawn work is often added to personalise the presentations and add a kinetic element to the drawings.
